Técha Noble is an interdisciplinary artist working across installation, graphic design, fashion design, stage design, music clip direction and live performance. Técha explores ideas around gender, identity and the body.
Técha's practice allows for her work to be shown in a variety of contexts including gallery exhibitions, as part of museum collections, paraded down runways, as video clips, at rock concerts, on album covers and print material.
As a solo artist and founding member of the collective The Kingpins she has exhibited and performed extensively including Performance Space, MCA San Diego & MCA Sydney, Art Basel Miami, Musée D’Art Moderne de Paris as well as several biennale exhibitions. Recent solo projects include Crystalline Forrest at the Kunstlerhaus Bethanien Berlin, Dear Diane at ACCA Melbourne and Day for Night performance commission at Performance Space Sydney.
Técha has worked closely with Romance Was Born as an illustrator and textile producer for the past seven years.
